Once you log-in to your Spark account at aligners.ormcodigital.com, you may check the current status of each case from your patient list page. Cases that require your action are listed in the Action Required
tab. Cases that are currently in progress can be found inthe With Ormco tab.
Once you log-in to your Spark account at aligners.ormcodigital.com, you may track your shipment by navigating to the Shipped tab. Simply click the track icon in the Status column to track your shipment.
The Spark Approver Software Quick Start Guide can be found on the education page in your Spark CasePortal. To schedule a training session, please contact Spark Support at 800-854-1741, or Spark.Support@ormco.com for assistance.
To submit a new Spark patient, click on the Add Patient button from the patients list page in your Spark Case Portal. The case submission process is designed to be quick and easy.
1. Via Internet Explorer 11.0+, Firefox 50.0+, Chrome 51.0+ and Safari 10.0+ browsers, go to aligners.ormcodigital.com
2. Enter your username and password to access your account. If you do not have a username and password, contact your sales representative, or email Spark.Support@ormco.com
3. Go to Help> Download Approver and then Select Download Installer for either Windows or MAC.
4. Click Run and follow the Software Installation Instructions
5. The Approver Icon will appear on your desktop.

7. The Spark Approver software is designed to run on PC platforms running:
• Windows 7
• Windows 10
8. The Spark Approver software also runs on Mac OS 10.12+ systems.
